The inaugural Societal Impact Seed Grant funding will support five researchers, each collaborating with a community partner to generate and mobilize co-created knowledge that helps solve a societal challenge.
The disruptive effects of school closures, medical equipment shortages and social distancing are further amplified for families of children with disabilities, who already face exclusion, inaccessible health care and isolation.
