The Global Nexus for Pandemics and Biological Threats is a world leader in responding to the COVID–19 pandemic and in preparing for the next.
The federal funding, announced by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, comes through the Canada Foundation for Innovation’s (CFI) Exceptional Opportunities Fund.
The investment will be used to create a nationally accessible library of compounds that will accelerate the work of McMaster’s Global Nexus for Pandemics and Biological Threats.
