Strengthening the foundations of Canadian research is the focus of a new report by a federal advisory panel released April 10th commissioned by Federal Minister of Science Kirsty Duncan.
The conference was hosted by Manipal School of Nursing in India and welcomed over 500 delegates from 19 countries. The event also reached out to members involved in global health including scientists, environmentalists, nurses, physicians, midwives, nutritionists, politicians and social workers.
16 projects, spanning four continents and representing all six Faculties have been funded in the latest round of the International Initiatives Micro Fund (IIMF).
