Gregory Steinberg, a professor of medicine of McMaster's Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine, has been awarded a new national prize for outstanding accomplishments early in his career.
Research will look at how toxicants such as pesticides and herbicides and ingredients like artificial sweeteners and high-fructose corn syrup might affect brown fat activity.
