McMaster researchers from the Department of Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour have shown that our brains are registering and sorting objects on the outer edges of our field of vision based on their distance from us.
McMaster’s Vice-President of Research, Robert Baker updated the Board of Governors on plans to maintain, enhance and improve the University’s position as a research leader in Canada and around the world.
More than 50 graduate students registered to participate in this year’s full-day event. Competitors took part in four preliminary heats, with the top three from each heat moving forward into the Final at the end of the day.
